We are authorized to collect your personal information under:

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)

45 CFR §155.220 and §155.260

Applicable state regulations, including:

The Virginia Health Benefit Exchange (VAHBE)

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE)

What Information We Collect

We may collect the following personally identifiable information (PII) from you and your household:

Full name, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN)

Contact information (address, phone, email)

Citizenship or immigration status

Household income and tax filing details

Current health insurance and program eligibility information

Determine eligibility for ACA health plans and programs (APTC, CSR, Medicaid, etc.)

Apply for and enroll in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP)

Compare plans and select the best option based on your needs

Submit updates and respond to Marketplace verifications or notices

We only use and share your information as necessary to perform these services. This may include communication with:
